Joanna Anne Bridal is located in the peaceful surroundings of West Limerick and was opened by sisters Carmel and Joanne in 2022.
We know the name is a little deceiving, the shop is actually named after our mum!
We strive to offer every bride and her guests an experience to remember by making your visit fun and relaxing.

Finally taking the plunge, I opened Joanna Anne Bridal in 2022. However, the idea and planning started much earlier. With the amazing support and and hard work from family and friends it finally became a reality for me. I was lucky enough to have my sister join me and we have become more obsessed with bridal than we thought possible (I'm not sure what we spoke about beforehand).
Researching bridals latest trends, new designers and meeting lots of bridal industry peers is part of the job I love and of course meeting and chatting with our brides.
I'm always thinking of my next idea for the store and the experience we offer and what I want JAB to represent.
Originally from Liverpool, I'm lucky to now call Limerick my home with 4 amazing children, an incredible partner and a business that I absolutly love

Before joining Joanna Anne Bridal I worked as a Wedding Coordinator guiding wedding couples in planning their dream day. When Carmel first told me her plans to open a bridal store I gave her my full support, listening to her ideas and plans, little did I know I would shortly be along for the ride with her!! Taking the risk and jumping on board with Carmel has been the best decision ever. I love getting to know each brides style during their visit and helping them find their perfect dress.
When I am not working in the studio you can find me most likely shopping or sipping a nice chilled glass of white wine.
